Stinky tofu is a very distinctive Chinese traditional snack. It is ancient and traditional. We have an old saying here, "Smelly smelling fresh", which means smelling stinky, but the entrance is so fresh that you can't stop it. Stinky tofu can be steamed or deep-fried. Fried Stinky Tofu

1. Prepare stinky tofu (the counter where we sell soy products has stinky tofu)

2. After opening, pour out the juice inside and rinse with running water and drain the water

5. Heat the pan and pour the oil

6. Add stinky tofu at 5 minutes oil temperature
