Quickly get the caramel into the fried cassava chips, peanuts and dried fish. Then be sure to stir quickly.
6.
After stirring, it is ready to eat.
Tips:
1. If the syrup is cooked, then turn off the fire and stir the cassava chips, peanuts and dried fish in the pot.
2. If you stir in a bowl, it must be fast or the syrup will set quickly.
3. The thinner the cassava chips, the better.
4. It doesn't matter if you don't put dried fish or peanuts.
