Americans cannot do without onions and peppers in their cooking, and even soups are no exception. Here, Jade will share an American-style chicken stew soup with simple preparation and unique flavor.

Ingredients

American Stewed Chicken Soup

1. Prepare all ingredients: boil chicken and meat in a pot of boiling water to remove blood, wash carrots and cut into small pieces, peel cassava and cut into small pieces, cut onion into small pieces, and cut celery into pieces;

2. Put pork, chicken nuggets, cassava, onion, celery, carrot and garlic in the slow cooker in sequence;

3. Add appropriate amount of sea salt and appropriate amount of lemon pepper (pure pepper can also be used);

4. Add boiling water, the boiling water should be just immersed in the ingredients;

5. Cover the pot, turn to high heat and simmer for about four hours;

6. After 4 hours, the chicken was very crispy and ready to be cooked;

7. Put the soup into a soup bowl, and drizzle an appropriate amount of cheese powder on the surface;

8. Sprinkle with coriander and enjoy it!

Tips:

The choice of chicken is based on personal preference, I used bone-in chicken breast.
