Oxtail Borscht

One piece of oxtail, clean and cut off the fat and put it in a pot

The oxtail is boiled for 40 minutes, then the chopped onion and red pepper are added, and then the chopped carrots are added.

The tomatoes are also diced and put in for 20 minutes

Scallion white kernels, corn chopped, celery cut into sections, put in and continue to boil for 20 minutes

Peel the cassava and soak it in water for 15 minutes, pick it up and put it in a soup pot and boil it for 15 minutes

Finally put the potatoes and pumpkin in the boil for 20 minutes

Tips:
This soup is a bit different from our usual soup. Instead of boiling all the ingredients at the same time, we put the ingredients in order while boiling the soup. Because some materials are resistant to boiling, you can put them first, and some materials are not resistant to boiling, so they are easy to stick and put them later.
