Taste of Hometown ~ Curry Stir-fried Cassava

1. Prepare materials

2. Chopped green onion

3. Cut chili shreds

4. Add oily ginger to the pot

5. Add curry cubes

6. Add chili shreds

7. After sautéing the chilies, add cassava

8. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, add appropriate amount of water

9. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes

10. Add salt, oyster sauce and stir well

11. Add shallots

12. Stir-fry well, finally collect the juice over high heat

13. Out of the pot

Tips:

The cassava is washed, peeled, boiled in water and soaked in water for 24 hours to remove toxicity. The cassava I made has been soaked in water.
