Hometown Taste~~curry Fried Cassava

1. Prepare materials

2. Shred the pepper, slice the green onion, mince ginger and garlic

3. Add oil, minced ginger and garlic in a hot pot

4. Add curry cubes

5. Add chili shreds and stir fry for aroma

6. Add cassava and stir fry for a while

7. Add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for about 5 minutes

8. Add salt and oyster sauce to taste

9. Add shallots

10. Stir it well

Tips:

The cassava is washed, peeled, boiled in water and soaked in water for 24 hours to remove toxicity. The cassava I made has been soaked in water.
