Fried Tofu

Soy rot is cut into pieces, sprinkled with salt and mixed well or soaked in salt water.

Beat the eggs.

Prepare starch and bread crumbs.

Take a piece of tofu first dipped in egg liquid, then dipped in starch, and then dipped in bread crumbs. Dip all the tofu in order.

Boil the oil to 50% heat, add the dipped tofu and fry it.
