Fried Winter Melon with Bean Paste

All ingredients: winter melon, bean paste, ginger, chives

Peel and seed winter melon; shred ginger; chop green onions.

Warm oil in a pan, sauté ginger shreds and bean paste.

Pour in the winter melon slices and stir well.

Add seasoning sesame oil

Add cooking pepper

Pour in the clear soup (same as winter melon), add salt and sugar to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until the winter melon is ripe.

Put the chives after loading the plate
