Spinach pulp dosage is 95g
Beat spinach with water to make a thick slurry, put it in the inner pot of the cook machine, add eggs, milk, sugar, and salt.

Add high powder and dry yeast, start kneading at level 3.

After kneading into a dough, add butter, knead until the film can be formed.

Ferment for 40 minutes after spheronization.

Then divide the dough into 40 portions, knead into a ball shape, and place on the upper half of the green dough.

Put it in the oven, increase the heat to 170 degrees, lower the heat to 160 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes. When baking for 10 minutes, cover the surface with tin foil.

After taking it out to cool, use an edible coloring pen to draw expressions on the bread.
Tips:
1. If you think the frog's eyes are big, you can remove a part of the dough and make it smaller.
2. It does not take too long for the second round, otherwise the dough will not look good.
3. If you want the surface to be darker green, cover it with tin foil earlier, be sure to cover it, or the color will be too dark in the end.
