Frozen Cheese Cube

First of all, I made the frozen cheese paste twice. A mold uses exactly half of the material. It's 15 yuan. The cream cheese is insulated and the water softens.

Make 10 grams of gelatin powder with 50 grams of cold milk. If you want gelatin tablets, soak them in cold water to soften them. (If you make two molds at once, that is 30 yuan, use 100 grams of milk to make 20 grams of gelatin powder)

Mix the remaining milk with whipped cream and heat, add the melted gelatin powder. (If you use gelatine flakes, put the soaked gelatine flakes in milk and whipped cream here) and stir until completely dissolved.

Sorting! Pour the light cream mixture into the cheese paste. Stir well evenly.

After stirring, divide the cheese paste into several portions, depending on the type you want to make. Then you can prepare the ingredients needed for various flavors. Blueberry sauce, coloring, fruit velvet, oreo can be added directly. Here we talk about the two flavors of chocolate and matcha. Melt the dark chocolate in water, add 5 grams of cocoa powder and stir evenly after melting. Rinse the matcha powder with boiling water, stir until there are no particles and have a certain degree of fluidity, and then add it to the cheese paste.

Then add it to the cheese paste and stir well.

After mixing the cheese paste of several flavors you need, put it into a piping bag.

Squeeze the cheese paste into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 2 hours.

After freezing, demould. It can be drenched, sandblasted, and decorated.

Tips:
1. The freezing time should not be too short. It takes a long time to demould.
2. You can decorate as you like, for example, sprinkle some nuts, chocolate chips and so on.
3. During the placement process, try to be as fast as possible. Frozen cheese will become soft after reheating too long. It's hard to pick up.
4. The seasoning powder in the formula can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
5. When the cheese paste is squeezed into the mold, keep the same level.
6. There are more chocolate parts in the recipe, so the amount of dark chocolate is larger than other seasonings. You can control this by yourself and observe the color. The darker the color, the heavier the taste.
