Fruit Dumplings

1- Pour the boiling water into the tapioca flour immediately, stir quickly with chopsticks to form a dough.

2- While it is hot, roll it out flat, cut into strips, diced, and knead into small balls.

3- Put the small glutinous rice balls in a bowl, add appropriate amount of hot water and rock sugar, and put them in the middle of the steamer.

4- The steamer is adjusted to the over-temperature steaming mode, 110 degrees, and steaming for 15 minutes.

5-Wash the fruit and cut into pieces during the steaming process, add the fruit when steaming for 13 minutes, and continue steaming until the time is over.
