Pour the jam into a heat-resistant jar
7.
Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds

Take it out and use a thermometer to measure above 40 degrees
9.
Add sugar and apple gum and stir well, then put it in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes (take out and stir every 1 minute)
10.
Heat to a temperature above 80 degrees, pour corn syrup and stir evenly
11.
Then put it in the microwave and heat it for 30 seconds, take it out and add 50 grams of sugar and stir evenly

Pour the citric acid mixed water and stir well
14.
Pour it into the container while it’s hot, and put it in plastic wrap for release
15.
Cool thoroughly and cut into small pieces
16.
Put the small pieces of sugar into the remaining sugar and roll
17.
Fruit jelly finish
18.
I used strawberry jam and cherry jam to make fruit candy
Tips:
Because my jam has already been boiled with sugar, so cut off some sugar! If you are using fruit puree, increase the amount of sugar!
