Fruit Makes Perfect

Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt them in a Corning Flair double-layer saucepan.

When the chocolate is completely melted, add whipped cream and butter, stir evenly from bottom to top, cover and simmer for a minute until completely melted.

Use a whisk to mix the chocolate sauce evenly.

Spread greased paper on the mold and compact it. Spread a part of the chocolate sauce on the mold and scrape it evenly. Sprinkle a layer of diced fruit evenly.

Spread the remaining chocolate sauce over the mold and scrape it flat, then put the raw chocolate in the refrigerator for about two hours and wait until it is shaped.
6.
Sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder evenly on the surface of the chocolate and then cut it into pieces.
