Fruit Pudding

Soak the gelatine slices in ice water in advance.

Cut the orange in half, and hollow out the pulp to preserve the husk.

The pulp is put into a food processor and blended into juice.

Use a sieve to filter out the pulp residue.

Add 100 degrees hot water to the basin, add 2 slices of white sugar and gelatin slices to the juice insulation water, and stir evenly until the white sugar and gelatin slices melt.

The stirred orange juice gelatin solution is ready.

After dissolving, pour the liquid into the husk, seal it with plastic wrap, and freeze it in the refrigerator overnight until it is solidified and ready to eat.
