Fruit Taro Ball Jelly
1.
Pour 500ml of water into the pot, boil and pour in 50g of grass powder, stir evenly, and turn off the heat.
2.
Pour the well-stirred grass water into the container and let it stand for solidification.
3.
Add a proper amount of water to the pot to boil, add the taro balls, wait for the taro balls to rise, and cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove them and put them in cold boiling water.
4.
Cut watermelon, banana, and mango into pieces and set aside.
5.
Put the immortal grass jelly in a bowl and cut into small pieces with a knife. (My girl does not eat fairy grass, so I made another pudding)
6.
Put the fruit pieces in a bowl, add raisins, chopped peanuts, squeeze the condensed milk, and add a little bit of homemade loquat sauce.
7.
Take out the taro balls that have been cooled with cold boiled water and put them in a bowl, and you are done.
8.
Finished picture.
Tips:
1. When the taro balls are boiled, cool them with cold water to make the taro balls more chewy.
2. The fruits and jams used can be added as you like.
3. You can also add other nuts, because there are only peanuts at home temporarily, so only peanuts are added.
