It's been said that Laba is the new year. I want to change the Laba porridge this year to a new one. So I added Apple in it. It’s not the first time for me to add apples to porridge. I have cooked them with apples, red beans, and rice before. My kids like it better. So, it’s the most important thing to know what your children’s family likes. Now I invite all my friends to taste it. You can also refer to those you like. This kind of porridge does not have to be eaten at the Laba Festival. You can cook a portion if you want to eat it. "

Fruity Laba Congee

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Except apples and lychees, scrub well with other ingredients.

3. Soak it in water and set aside.

4. Put the ingredients in the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and then peel the apple into the pot with a knife.

5. Put on the lid, power on, and cook for 35 minutes.

6. After opening the lid under reduced pressure, add rock sugar.

7. Add dried lychees and simmer for ten minutes.

8. In this way, a fruity version of Laba porridge is complete.

Tips:

The ingredients themselves have a little sweetness, so you don’t need to add sugar.
Dried lychees should not be cooked for too long, because too long does not taste good.
