Wash the fresh wormwood that you bought back and remove the old stems for later use

Finely chop the wormwood (also can be minced with a blender). I still like the taste of chopped wormwood to be more authentic.

Prepare all the ingredients, and mix the chopped wormwood, glutinous rice flour, and flour into the noodles in a ratio of 2:1:1. The method is the same as the usual home-made dumplings, bread and noodles, and the water must be properly drained. Too much or too little is not good

After making the noodles, roll the skin in time. It can be made into dumpling wrappers or steamed bun wrappers, or directly rolled into a circle and steamed directly in the pot. After the skin is made, it can be wrapped into dumplings or buns with the prepared fillings.
