1.
Prepare the materials
2.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a few drops of oil, add mugwort and blanch it.
3.
Squeeze out the astringent water.
4.
Put the mugwort into the pot, add half a teaspoon of edible alkali, add the submerged mugwort, and boil the mugwort.
5.
Pour the mugwort into the food processor and smash it. (You can also make noodles directly without playing)
6.
Pour the glutinous rice flour, starch, sugar, oil, and honey into a bowl, pour in the hot mugwort juice and stir (it may not be all finished, depending on the situation)
7.
Just mix it into a slightly harder dough (it's a little thinner in the picture).
8.
Divide the dough into small ingredients, and wrap it with red bean paste (45g for noodles, 20g for red bean paste)
9.
Steam in a pot on boiling water for 15 minutes.
10.
Brush oil out of the pan to prevent sticking.
Tips:
When the mugwort is boiled for the second time, do not use too much water and just submerge it.
The dough and hard spots will not be flattened after being steamed.
Add honey when kneading the noodles.
When the dough is cold when it is not good to pack, put it in the microwave oven for more than 10 seconds to return to the lower temperature.
When steaming on the pot, brush oil on the drawer to prevent sticking, and brush oil to prevent sticking after being out of the pot.
