Garlic Brick Bread
1.
The butter is softened at room temperature, and the garlic is peeled.
2.
If there is a food processor, puree the garlic. No, use a garlic mortar to make a puree for later use.
3.
Beat the softened butter with a whisk until it becomes fluffy.
4.
Add the right amount of salt, I probably added about 2 grams, and you can adjust it according to your taste.
5.
Add garlic paste and stir well.
6.
Cut the toast into small pieces, 3-4 cm wide. Or more like 85 degrees, cut into long strips, and cut off the crust.
7.
Spread garlic butter on each side.
8.
Put it in a baking dish lined with tin foil.
9.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, and heat the middle layer up and down for about 15 minutes, and bake until the surface is golden. (The time is based on my oven. You can watch it at any time when you bake it, don’t bake it too big)
10.
Out of the oven! The outer layer is crispy, the heart is soft, with a strong garlic fragrance.
