Garlic Chili

Ingredients: sharp chili, garlic.

Wash the hot peppers, remove the stalks, and cut off the spicy tendons.

Cut it into strips.

Put it on a plate, put it in a shape you like, and add a little red pepper to embellish it.

Put it in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, (see the middle, the green pepper is dehydrated and soft.) Take it out and set aside.
6.
Crush the garlic and mash it into a garlic mash with a garlic pounding tank.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and mix well.
8.
Pour into the dish, mix well and serve.
