Stir-fried Braised Beef with Garlic Moss

All the ingredients are washed and cut

Heat the frying pan, pour the beef slices in, stir fry until the color changes, remove and set aside

Heat in oil pan, fry fragrant ginger, minced garlic and chili

Pour in the garlic moss and stir fry until slightly discolored

Pour in the beef slices and stir fry for a minute, pour a little water along the side of the pan

Tips:
1. Thinly slice the beef.
2. Add a little more oil when frying the beef, and continue to fry the seasonings with the oil after the beef has been fried to make it more fragrant.
3. Don't fry the garlic moss for a long time, just change the color slightly.
