Scrambled Eggs with Hot Peppers

Separate the bell peppers into two pieces and cut into chunks. Set the carrots into small diamond shapes and set aside for later use.

Beat three eggs, stir, put a little salt

Tips:
When frying the peppers, cover the pot or add a little water. Then, after the peppers are cooked thoroughly, sauté the water to dry. This way the pepper will not be astringent.
