Garlic Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Peel one leaf of round lettuce, wash and drain

Cut garlic into small pieces

Bring the pot to boil water, add a little salt and a few drops of oil to the pot after the water is boiled, and boil the lettuce for a few seconds, immediately pick up the drain and put it on the plate

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic particles on low heat to create a fragrance

Then add oyster sauce and continue to fry

Use water starch to make a thin gorgon, and pour the prepared juice on the lettuce to eat. Since oyster sauce is very salty, I didn’t add another salt
