Garlic Mussels

Prepare the ingredients

Pour the mussels into a basin, add a little salt and water to soak for 1~2 hours, let them spit out the sand in the shell

Tips:
1. When cleaning shellfish, use salt and water to soak in sesame oil or edible oil for 1 to 2 hours to let them spit out the mud and sand in the shell, which is more conducive to cleaning.
2. The whiskers on the upper end of the shell can be cut off with scissors. Don't pull it hard. Not only will it not be pulled out, it will cause death or strain on the shell meat, which will affect the integrity and taste of the shell meat.
3. Don't blindly pursue the freshness and tenderness of seafood. Eating unripe seafood meat will cause harm to the body.
