Garlic Open Back Shrimp

Materials are ready. Chop a single head of garlic into minced garlic. Chop red pepper into cubes. Mince the shallots.

After the white prawns are washed, cut off the prawn guns and prawn whiskers, pick out the sandbags, and remove the shrimp threads. Place a slice on the back of the shrimp, the depth is about two-thirds of the shrimp meat, be careful not to cut through, drizzle with cooking wine, a little salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

Melt the butter cubes in the pan.

Stir fry with garlic.

Add red pepper diced, salt and black pepper, stir well, turn off the heat and set aside.

Put tin foil in the baking tray.

Fill the shrimp back with the fried garlic. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese powder and half of the chopped green onions.

Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake up and down for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the remaining chopped green onions after out of the oven,

Add the mango cut into small pieces and you are done.
Tips:
1. There are no apples at home, if you add some minced apples to the garlic. The taste of shrimp meat will be more fresh and sweet.
2. Mango is a personal preference, you can leave it alone if you don't like it.
