Silver Silk Hibiscus Shrimp

Choose the ingredients first. The Ecuadorian white shrimps produced by COFCO are full of meat.

The main ingredients are ready, including 12 Ecuadorian white shrimps, 3 eggs, and a small handful of slightly cut Longkou vermicelli;

First, remove the head and shell of the shrimp and leave the tail, then peel into shrimp; wash the shallots and mince for later use;

Marinate the shrimps with salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 2-3 minutes;

Then take the egg white from the egg;

Add a pinch of salt and stir;

Then put a proper amount of salad oil in the pot, when the oil temperature is moderate, put the vermicelli in to fry, deep fry until silvery white and crispy, place on the oil-absorbing paper to drain the oil;

Then add a little oil to the wok to heat up, and stir-fry the whipped egg whites until cooked;

The egg whites are served on the plate and placed on the fried vermicelli;

Pour the marinated shrimp into hot oil and stir fry quickly;

Out of the pot, place the shrimps evenly and three-dimensionally on the hibiscus egg, sprinkle with chopped chives and gold leaf.
Tips:
When the shrimp is fried, stir fry quickly and change the color to avoid old fry.
