Garlic Portulaca
1.
Wash and pinch the fresh purslane.
2.
Peel and finely slice the garlic.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic diced.
4.
Pour in purslane, add salt, fry until broken, then serve.
Tips:
1. Purslane is cold in nature, weak in the spleen and stomach, diarrhea and pregnant women are not allowed to eat.
2. Purslane is a fresh wild vegetable, so you don't need too much condiment for fried food.
