Garlic Scallops
                            
                                1.
                                Wash the stalks and remove the old stems.

                                Boil water in a pot, drip some oil, and blanch the vegetables.

                                Cut the minced garlic.

                                Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat up, add minced garlic, and sauté.
                                    
                            
                            
                                5.
                                Stir fry with simmering vegetables.

                                Season with salt.
