The scientific name of 潺菜 is Vietnamese spinach, also known as big leaf fungus, Cantonese call it 潺 (Cantonese pronunciation: saan4, Mandarin pronunciation: chán) dish or rattan dish. Hunan people call it as amaranth, which is a perennial herb of the Basculus family.

It's Simple and Delicious~~ Soy Sauce

1. Wash the simmered vegetables and set aside

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add a few slices of ginger

3. After boiling the water, add the sashimi

4. Burn to death

5. Fish out and plate

6. Heat the pan with oil, add ginger and sauté

7. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce

8. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

9. Just drizzle with sauce

Tips:

There is no salt in this dish, because I personally think the soy sauce is enough
