Ginger Brown Sugar Tofu Flower

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the soybeans overnight.

Put the soaked soybeans into the food processor and beat them into soy milk.

Separate the beaten soy milk from the dregs.

When the soy milk is poured, it will boil in the pot.

There will be white bubbles in the cooking process, which need to be removed. Cook until cooked.

The lactone is dissolved with an appropriate amount of water.
