Ginger Scallion White Pomfret

Wash the bought white pomfret, remove the head and internal organs, and then marinate it with ginger juice and wine for a while.

Put the marinated white pomfret into a non-stick pan and fry with heat until golden on both sides.

Use cucumber slices, rose flowers made from tomato skins, and coriander leaves for garnish.

Put the light soy ginger and chives on the fried white pomfret and mix gently to taste.

Use chopsticks to put the fish tongs on the prepared plate, put the chives and ginger on the back of the fish and serve.
