Ginseng Flower Maw Chicken Soup

Cut the flower gum into small pieces and soak in cold water overnight.
Bring cold water to a boil, blanch the chicken and fish maw, and rinse with cold water.

Cut the ginseng into small pieces, goji berries and flower maw and put them in the stew pot.

Put the chicken in the stew pot and add some water in it.

Put the lid on and put it in the saucepan.

Add water to the saucepan and simmer for 4 hours.

After the stew, strain off the slick oil, remove the chicken skin, and season with a little salt.
