Gluten Green Peppers

Wash the gluten, and then tear the sections with your hands. There is no need to cut, and the cut is delicious. Wash the green peppers and shred them.

Put the oil in the bottom of the pan, heat the oil and pour the gluten, stir fry for 1 minute, then pour in the soy sauce and continue to fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour in the green pepper and stir fry a few times, add some salt, some sugar and stir fry a few times, add a little water, and cover the pan for 2 minutes.

Then add some chicken essence to start the pot.
