Glutinous Rice and Red Dates Heart is Too Soft

Red dates are pitted, cut one side and set aside.

The glutinous rice flour is mixed with warm water to form a dough. The ratio of glutinous rice flour to warm water is about 2:1. Don't mix it too hard.
