Glutinous Rice and Red Dates Laugh

Ingredients: red dates, glutinous rice flour, sugar fetus chrysanthemum.

Red dates are pitted for later use.

Put glutinous rice flour in a bowl with sugar.

Add some water and stir well.

Then sandwich the stirred glutinous rice flour between the pitted red dates.

In the same way, the glutinous rice is sandwiched between the red dates and placed in a plate.

7 I made a mini-type, which can be steamed on an egg steamer. (For Oita, steam it in a steamer.)

Then cover the lid and steam the water to finish steaming.

The amount of water is the same as the usual steamed egg measuring device.

When steaming, you can boil the syrup, add a little water, sugar, and chrysanthemum to the pot and boil it on low heat, stirring slowly.

Because the amount is small, it needs to be boiled on a low heat. The sugar dissolves the taste of fetal chrysanthemum and it is ok.

The glutinous rice and red dates are also steamed.

Then just pour the cooked syrup on top and it's complete.
Tips:
1. The fetal chrysanthemum can be replaced with sweet-scented osmanthus, with the taste you like.
