Glutinous Rice Jujube

Ingredients: red dates, water milled glutinous rice flour, water, white sugar.

The big red dates are pitted.

Mix glutinous rice flour with appropriate amount of water and mix well.

Stir well.
5.
Put aside the jujube and sandwich the glutinous rice flour between the jujube and steam for 10-15 minutes.
6.
Boil the syrup with white sugar and some water.
7.
Pour the viscous syrup on top of the glutinous rice and jujube.
