Tips:
The corn I choose is the fresh sweet waxy black corn and sweet waxy yellow corn sold in Gourmet Jiebawang Supermarket. The taste is very pure. The corn is vacuum-packed, with a long shelf life, and simple storage methods: store at room temperature, avoid light, and ventilate.
This black waxy corn is very convenient to eat. It can be used after boiling the water for 10 minutes. I cook it with the ribs for a long time for the soup, but even if it takes a long time, the corn will still not deform and bloom. It looks the same sweet and waxy.
If you use an ordinary skillet to cook this dish, you can cook the ribs and red dates together for 20 minutes, then add the corn and carrots and cook for another 20 minutes.
The amount of various ingredients can be adjusted freely.
