Gold Tofu

1. Prepare tofu, pumpkin, broccoli and other ingredients.

2. Take 4 salted egg yolks and set aside.

3. Slice the pumpkin and put it in a steamer to steam until soft.

5. Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add two tablespoons of salt, and blanch the broccoli in the pot until cooked.
