Gold Tofu

Prepare tofu, pumpkin, broccoli and other ingredients.

Take 4 salted egg yolks and set aside.

Slice the pumpkin and put it in a steamer to steam until soft.

Broccoli ripped into small flowers

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add two tablespoons of salt, and blanch the broccoli in the pot until cooked.

The blanched broccoli is served and set aside.

Cut the tofu into 5mm thick slices

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put the tofu into the pot and steam for 3 minutes.

Pour out the water in the plate for the steamed tofu, and place the fried broccoli in the middle of the plate.

Add an appropriate amount of heat to the pot and stir-fry the salted egg yolk until fragrant.

Add the steamed pumpkin to the salted egg yolk and press it with a spoon until it is completely melted.

Boil the salted egg yolk and pumpkin until fully integrated

Take out the cooked pumpkin and press out the pumpkin juice through the strainer.

Put the pumpkin juice into the pot, make a thin layer of water starch, and pour it on the tofu.
