Golden Cake

1. Choose the green coconut, there will be more water in it, pour out the coconut water

2. After breaking open, use a spoon to scrape out the coconut meat inside, add 180g coconut water to grind into coconut milk

3. Add 10g sugar and 20g coconut flour and boil

4. Add 20g butter

5. After stopping the fire for a while to cool, add 210g tapioca powder in batches

6. Add 4g of yeast to 15g of clean water to dissolve and set aside
