Golden Coconut Ball

Prepare all ingredients

Prepare 80g butter, and after softening at room temperature, it will be sent to light yellow.

Then add the fine granulated sugar in two more times. Add 1/2 of the first time. After stirring, add the remaining fine granulated sugar and continue to stir evenly until the granulated sugar melts.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Add the beaten egg liquid to the butter sugar mixture three times. Remember, you must mix well each time before adding it a second time.

Continue to add 10g evaporated milk powder to the mixture and mix well.

Stir 80g flour and 120g coconut paste together.
