Golden Coconut Ball

Prepare materials

The butter is softened at room temperature and beaten with a whisk until white

Add caster sugar all at once

Beat until the sugar melts, add milk powder

Tips:
1. When the set time is up, don't turn on the oven in a hurry, let the biscuits simmer in it for a while, the biscuits will be crispier and the color will look better.
2. The temperature of the oven is better to be lowered and bake for a while, and not too good (not more than 180 degrees). If the temperature is too high, the biscuit balls will crack and affect the appearance of the finished product.
3. The 8th step can be mixed directly by hand, or by using a spatula, I am lazy and mixed with a whisk. Either way, just lightly form a ball.
