Golden Needle Mushroom

Remove the roots, wash and tear apart the golden needle mushrooms, wash the coriander and cut into small pieces, mince garlic

Bring to a boil with clean water, add the golden needle mushrooms and blanch for half a minute, remove and let cool in cold water, drain

Put in a basin, put coriander, minced garlic, chili oil, pour in the juice, mix well and put on a plate
4.
Mix well and serve
Tips:
Don't blanch the golden needle mushrooms for too long
