Golden Needle Mushroom

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, or go to the cold butcher shop to buy ready-made slices, which is easier

Wash the golden needle mushrooms and cut them in the middle to avoid the long rolls.

Wash the lettuce, drain the water, and set aside

Spread the meat slices flat on the cutting board with a gold pin in the middle. It is best to fix it with a toothpick, so that it will be scattered after pan frying.

Put oil in the pan, put a little bit more, I don't have a pan in my house, I use a large spoon. After the oil is hot, use chopsticks to sandwich the meat rolls and fry them one by one until the meat is cooked and the mushrooms soften.
