Golden Needle Mushroom Mixed Melon Shreds

Ingredients

Shred cucumber, mince garlic, remove root of enoki mushroom, tear open

Add clean water to a pot, boil, add enoki mushrooms, blanch for half a minute, remove and place in cold water to cool, drain
4.
Add salt, chili oil, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, minced garlic and soy sauce and mix well

Just blanch the enoki mushrooms for half a minute
