Colorful Mushroom Meat Sauce Noodle

First prepare the side dishes for the noodles. I won’t nag if I wash and cut them, but everyone should make less. Don’t cut into a pile like my big eyes and small belly. The yellow egg in the middle is the egg and a spoonful of water starch and mix well. Spread into egg skins and shred. Golden needle mushrooms should be blanched in advance.

Then prepare the ingredients for the fried sauce, dice the shiitake mushrooms, slice the green onion and ginger, and make the fried sauce fragrant only if the meat filling is a little fat.

I'm not too verbose about cooking noodles. I believe everyone will do it. Cut noodles, dried noodles, and hand-rolled noodles are free. I chose wide noodles. After cooking it, let it cool and set aside.

Stir-fry the minced meat in a hot pot with cold oil until the color changes, add green onion, ginger and mocha, cooking wine, light soy sauce, five-spice powder and chicken essence.

Wait for the mushrooms to soften and pour in the sauce and stir-fry well. Choose the sauce according to your preference. If the sauce is dry, you can add an appropriate amount of water. I use Donggu's Yipin Fresh Soy Sauce.
