Golden Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings
1.
Marinate the chicken wings with salt, sugar, and soy sauce for at least 2 hours.
2.
Use egg, starch, salt, and make a batter that is neither thin nor thick, and evenly wrap it on the chicken wings.
3.
Start the frying pan and fry for about ten minutes on a medium-to-low fire for the first time, then fry the chicken wings until they are cooked.
4.
The second time, it was changed to a high fire, and the chicken wings were put down and fried for another minute until they were golden and picked up.
5.
Take out the steamed salted egg yolk and crush it for later use. Pour an appropriate amount of corn oil into the pot, add the salted egg yolk and fry until foamy.
6.
Pour the chicken wings and stir-fry evenly so that the chicken wings are evenly coated with egg yolk.
