Gotan Peel

Wash the hawthorn with water and remove it

Use the cap to press the mark on both ends of the hawthorn

Then use chopsticks to force the core out

If it doesn’t come out clean at one time, you can do it a few more times until all the cores come out.

Break the hawthorn in a plate, put on a steamer and steam over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes

Take out after steaming until soft

Put it in a blender to puree

Pour into a non-stick pan and stir-fry with crushed rock sugar

Stir-fry for about 8 minutes, it's sticky

Pour into a non-stick baking pan and use a spatula to smooth it, about 3~4mm thick, lightly cover the top of the baking pan with tin foil or oil paper to block the dust, and leave it for about 3 days.

After drying, the surface is a bit hard by pressing it with your hands, and it does not touch your hands, so you can gently open it from one corner and remove it.

Cut into cubes of your favorite size and roll up

Then wrap it in plastic wrap and make it into a candy shape!
Tips:
1. White sugar can also be used, and the amount of sugar can be added according to your own taste
2. If you are using a general plate for serving, it is best to brush with a thin layer of oil for easy access
3. After the fruit tannins are prepared, keep them in the refrigerator if they are not eaten.
4. It is not suitable for pregnant women, children, people with excessive gastric acid secretion, physical weakness after illness, sugar disease and dental disease.
