Grandma Braised Pork

1. The skinned pork belly is shaped in boiling water and cut into 3×3 squares!

2. Boil the sugar with rock sugar, then add green onion, ginger, star anise, and bay leaves, stir fry, pour in an appropriate amount of braised fresh, add the meat and stir evenly
