Grapefruit Peel Candy

Rub the whole grapefruit with salt once, then peel off the skin, the thinner the better, then rub it with salt, rinse well with water, twice in a row

Put clean water in a milk pan, add some salt, pour the pomelo peel and cook together, about two minutes is enough, repeat twice (you can cook a few more times if you are afraid of hardship)

Put water in the wok and some sugar

Put the boiled pomelo peel in, start to cook on medium heat, the water just overtakes the pomelo peel

Cook until it's transparent like in the picture, it's almost done
6.
Just collect the juice, let it cool
7.
Take a plate and put white sugar on it
8.
Spread the grapefruit peel and sprinkle with a layer of sugar, you're done
