Grapefruit Peel Tea
1.
Scrape the white flesh inside the grapefruit peel, and you can see the small spots on the outer skin like this.
2.
Soak in light salt water for one night first, change the water on the second day and continue to soak for half a day
3.
After shredding, put in water and boil for 5-10 minutes. Pour out the water, add the water just over the shredded pomelo peel and continue to cook until the pomelo peel is translucent.
4.
Add rock sugar
5.
Cook until the color becomes darker and the pomelo peel is transparent, indicating that the water is dry. Turn off the heat and let cool
6.
In the cooling process, boil the glass bottle to sterilize, and the water can be dried before bottling. After compacting with a spoon, pour the honey over the pomelo peel.
7.
Put it in the refrigerator and let it soak in water after 3 days. Of course, the longer the time, the more mellow the taste.
